• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the total value of real-money bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn from the Account.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;

• Errors in displayed odds, game results, or account balances that are promptly corrected upon discovery;

islot88's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms and close the Player's Account at any time:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which islot88 is incorporated under its international gaming licence.
